Parent-School Engagement
At Pei Hwa Secondary School, we believe that a strong school and parents’ partnership is essential, and we value the opportunity to work closely with parents for our students’ holistic development and well-being.
Parents could use the following official modes of communication with the school/teachers:

Respectful communication
Communication through official channels.
Teachers are not expected to give their personal contact number to students and parents.
Communication during official working hours 7.30am to 5.30pm.
Parents should only communicate and engage with teachers within school hours during school days. Teachers are not expected to respond to parents’ queries after school hours, during weekend and school holidays.
Request to meet staff to be pre-arranged and preferably in the afternoons, before 5.30pm.
